Capital Ambulance is growing its School Healthcare Team in Al Ain and is inviting qualified healthcare professionals to step into one of several open roles. This is a chance to move healthcare into a school setting, supporting the wellbeing of students and staff in a role that combines clinical skill with everyday care.
The company is currently hiring for three tracks: Registered Nurses, Psychologists, and General Practitioners — all requiring a valid DOH License or DOH Pass. Anyone with solid clinical experience and the ability to start soon is encouraged to reach out.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering professional healthcare services within a school environment
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of students and staff
- Keeping accurate medical records in line with healthcare regulations
- Responding quickly to medical emergencies with appropriate care
- Working alongside school administration, other healthcare professionals, and parents when needed
- Promoting health awareness and preventive healthcare practices
What you’ll need:
- A valid DOH License or DOH Pass
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Availability to start immediately
- A relevant qualification in Nursing, Psychology, or Medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Estimated salary ranges: Registered Nurse AED 7,000–10,000/month • Psychologist AED 12,000–18,000/month • General Practitioner AED 18,000–28,000/month.
