Warehouse Supervisor

TAD Logistics is looking for a dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at its JAFZA site in Dubai. This role calls for someone who’s managed warehouse teams before and knows how to keep receiving, storage, and dispatch running without a hitch.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day rhythm of the warehouse — from supervising staff to enforcing safety standards — with a particular focus on chemical storage and handling. Prior experience within JAFZA or another industrial warehouse setting will help you settle in quickly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising daily warehouse operations and managing warehouse staff
• Overseeing receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities
• Keeping inventory records accurate and supporting stock control
• Ensuring materials are handled, stored, and moved properly
• Enforcing warehouse HSE standards and safe handling procedures
• Coordinating with internal teams for efficient warehouse workflow
• Flagging operational issues and driving continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with company policy and warehouse safety rules

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
• Good understanding of warehouse HSE requirements and safe handling practices
• Experience with chemical storage and handling is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• JAFZA or industrial warehouse experience is preferred
