Store In-Charge

Thomsun General Trading is looking for a hands-on Store In-Charge to take ownership of its warehouse operations and keep inventory tight and accurate. This role fits someone with solid storekeeping instincts who’s equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and working through ERP systems and documentation.

You’ll manage the full flow of goods — receiving, storing, and issuing materials — while keeping a close eye on stock accuracy and reporting. Experience within a trading company environment will give you a head start here.

What you’ll be doing:

• Receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials with accurate documentation
• Preparing GRNs, Delivery Orders, sales invoices, and sales return entries via ERP
• Making sure all deliveries are backed by valid ERP-generated Delivery Orders
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and running regular stock counts
• Flagging stock discrepancies, non-moving items, and slow-moving inventory
• Keeping proper documentation for sales returns, cash collections, and warehouse transactions
• Coordinating maintenance and renewal of warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Maintaining housekeeping, safety, and security standards in the warehouse
• Supervising warehouse assistants and keeping daily operations running smoothly
• Preparing and submitting daily and periodic warehouse reports

What you’ll need:

• 2–3 years of experience in warehousing or storekeeping, ideally within a trading company
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and keep meticulous records
