Five Thirty is looking to bring on a Restaurant Manager who genuinely knows the quick-service side of the business — not hotels, not fine dining, but the fast-paced world of QSR — to run day-to-day operations at its Dubai location.
This is a leadership role for someone who can keep a team motivated during the lunch rush, watch the numbers without losing sight of the guest experience, and hold the whole operation to a consistently high standard. Note: candidates whose experience is limited to hotels or general hospitality without direct QSR exposure won’t be considered for this one — the QSR background is non-negotiable.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running daily restaurant operations to keep service sharp and customers happy
- Leading, motivating and supervising the restaurant team toward shared targets
- Keeping a close eye on food costing, inventory and cost control
- Making sure the team follows food safety and operational standards
- Driving performance against business and service targets
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience specifically within the QSR industry
- A demonstrated ability to lead and grow restaurant teams
- Sharp instincts for food costing, cost control and inventory management
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence managing daily operations against performance targets
Estimated salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
