Senior CRM Business Analyst

Entanglix Lab is building out its Dubai team and needs a seasoned Senior CRM Business Analyst who’s done this before — more than once, across more than one industry. If you’ve led CRM rollouts from the first discovery workshop through to go-live and know how differently the same problem can look from company to company, this is your kind of role.

You’ll sit at the intersection of stakeholders and solution architects: running discovery sessions, documenting how the business actually works today versus how it should work tomorrow, and translating all of that into requirements a delivery team can build against. Strong writing and structured thinking matter as much as CRM know-how here.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to scope projects
• Producing detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specs
• Mapping As-Is and To-Be processes — workflows, business rules, approvals, roles and permissions
• Defining system integrations, data needs, reports and dashboards
• Writing user stories, use cases, process flows and acceptance criteria
• Partnering with technical teams to see CRM implementations through to delivery
• Juggling multiple CRM projects across different industries and business models

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in CRM business analysis
• A track record of multiple end-to-end CRM implementations
• Comfortable working across different industries and business models
• Confident running discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops solo
• Strong BRD and functional documentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with more than one CRM platform is a real advantage

Estimated salary: AED 15,000–22,000 per month.
