3X Capital Real Estate is on the hunt for a results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow its Dubai sales team. This is a leadership role for someone who already knows the Dubai property market inside out and has a track record of hitting ambitious sales targets.
You’ll build, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team while driving growth through smart strategy, hands-on coaching, and strong developer relationships, particularly across the off-plan and primary markets.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and managing the real estate sales team to hit company targets
- Developing sales strategies that grow revenue and market presence
- Coaching and motivating sales agents to improve performance and conversion
- Guiding agents through client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and closings
- Maintaining strong relationships with UAE property developers and market partners
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing improvements where needed
- Driving a target-focused, performance-oriented sales culture
- Staying on top of Dubai real estate trends, off-plan projects, and market opportunities
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales and sales leadership
- A strong track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Experience managing, building, and motivating sales teams
- Solid knowledge of Dubai off-plan and primary real estate markets
- Established relationships with UAE developers
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
