Sales Executive – Logistics

Swift Wing Shipping LLC is looking for a driven, target-oriented Sales Executive – Logistics to join its growing Dubai team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a background in freight forwarding or shipping who genuinely enjoys building client relationships and closing deals.

You’ll be out generating new business, promoting the company’s logistics services — air, sea, land, warehousing, customs clearance, and full supply chain solutions — and turning leads into long-term client relationships. Immediate joiners and candidates already familiar with the logistics industry will have an edge, and a UAE driving license is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generating new leads and spotting business opportunities across the logistics sector
• Promoting services spanning air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions
• Preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating deals through to close
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Coordinating with the customer service team for smooth service delivery
• Working toward monthly and annual sales targets
• Keeping CRM records accurate and preparing regular sales reports

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, air freight, sea freight, and customs clearance is a plus
• A target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• A UAE driving license is preferred
