Job Overview
MIYO is seeking customer-focused Sales Personnel for a premium retail and food-and-beverage environment in Dubai. The position centres on welcoming customers, understanding preferences, supporting personalised purchases, and maintaining an elegant and well-presented sales area. Applicants should be confident, polished, and genuinely interested in delivering memorable experiences around premium confectionery and related products. The sales team helps translate the brand’s quality into a welcoming customer experience, from product selection and special orders to payment and thoughtful follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their preferences, and recommend products suited to the occasion, taste, and budget.
- Provide personalised service and coordinate custom packaging or special requests to create a premium buying experience.
- Work with kitchen and culinary colleagues to confirm special orders, product availability, and customer requirements.
- Process sales and payments accurately while maintaining a professional, attentive manner throughout each interaction.
- Build positive customer relationships and represent the brand consistently through product knowledge and polished service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales area that reflects the expected premium brand standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have one to two years of experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality, premium food and beverage, or similar sales.
- Be well presented and comfortable representing a premium brand.
- Demonstrate an outgoing, patient, confident, and service-oriented personality.
- Be fluent in English.
- Russian or French language skills are especially valued.
- Have strong interpersonal communication and a genuine interest in luxury confectionery and memorable customer experiences.

Important strengths include product presentation, listening, customer engagement, order accuracy, payment handling, teamwork, and the ability to provide thoughtful service during busy periods. The successful candidate should communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and maintain accurate records while handling competing priorities.
