Senior Accountant

Technograph Trading Co. LLC is growing its finance function in the UAE and wants a confident, detail-driven Senior Accountant who can run accounting operations largely on their own.

You’ll live day-to-day in Zoho Books, taking care of everything from VAT and invoicing to reconciliations and reporting, while working closely with other teams to keep the business’s financial operations running without friction.

This suits an analytical, well-organised finance professional with genuine UAE accounting experience who takes pride in getting the details right and meeting deadlines without being chased.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Carry out account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
• Manage VAT activity, invoicing, and payment processing
• Maintain accounting records in Zoho Books and other software
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep financial operations smooth
• Complete assigned accounting tasks on schedule

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant UAE accounting experience; Zoho Books experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, VAT, invoicing, and payments
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage accounts independently and meet deadlines
