We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of ICT Managed Services delivery across the UAE. This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about service excellence, keeping SLAs on track, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while coordinating closely with technical teams behind the scenes.
You’ll bring solid ITIL and ITSM expertise along with real-world experience managing major incidents, problems and changes. A good grasp of cloud, infrastructure, networking and security will help you speak the same language as the technical teams you’re working alongside, and a genuine drive for continuous improvement will set you apart.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing ICT Managed Services delivery to consistently agreed standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Monitoring and governing SLAs and addressing service performance issues
- Coordinating Major Incident, Problem and Change Management activities
- Leading service reviews and communicating performance, risks and improvements
- Working with cross-functional technical teams to resolve critical service issues
- Driving continuous service improvement across managed services
- Supporting ITSM processes with a customer-focused approach
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in ICT and Managed Services
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks
- Practical ServiceNow experience preferred
- Experience with Major Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Understanding of Azure and cloud technologies
- Good knowledge of infrastructure, networking and security
- Experience with SLA governance and service improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; ITIL/ITSM certification preferred
