Job Overview
Studio Kinza is looking for a creative and well-organised Social Media & Events Coordinator in Warsan, Dubai. The role combines digital content creation with the practical coordination of workshops and events. The successful candidate will help maintain an active social media presence, prepare engaging photos and short videos, organise event logistics and provide on-site support to guests. Weekend availability may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule and publish social media content, including Instagram stories, reels and posts.
- Capture and edit photos and short videos that reflect studio activities and events.
- Coordinate workshop bookings, event schedules, venue preparation and related logistics.
- Assist guests and provide on-site support during workshops and events, including weekends when required.
- Maintain an active online presence and help ensure content is published consistently.
- Complete event-related administrative tasks and communicate updates to relevant team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have experience in social media management and event coordination.
- Be proficient in Canva and CapCut for design and video editing.
- Have strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills.
- Be creative and able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Hold a valid UAE residence visa, such as a spouse or family visa.
- Be willing to support events outside standard weekday hours when required.
