Job Overview
ITM UAE is seeking an experienced Soft Facilities Management (FM) Manager to oversee multiple service contracts across Dubai. The position suits an operational leader who can coordinate teams across different sites, monitor service delivery, and maintain strong working relationships with clients. The estimated salary is AED 14,000–20,000 per month. Experience managing multiple Soft FM contracts is required; experience at airports, major shopping malls, or residential communities is preferred.
The manager will be expected to keep service standards consistent, address operational issues, and help teams meet contractual and client expectations. Strong leadership, communication, and multi-site coordination skills are important for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Soft FM service contracts operating across multiple locations in Dubai.
- Monitor daily service delivery and maintain the required performance standards.
- Lead, guide, and support site teams in meeting service objectives.
- Review contract performance and check compliance with client and company requirements.
- Maintain productive client relationships and respond to service concerns professionally.
- Identify gaps in delivery and coordinate practical improvements with site teams.
- Keep communication, follow-up, and operational reporting consistent across locations.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience managing multiple Soft Facilities Management contracts.
- Experience in airports, large malls, or residential complexes is preferred.
- Strong operational leadership and team-management ability.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to maintain service quality across different sites and teams.
- Good organization, problem solving, and performance monitoring skills.
