Active Line Marketing
Active Line Marketing is growing its Dubai footprint and needs an energetic Supervisor – Merchandising, Promotions & Activations to lead its field teams. If you’ve got a retail-merchandising background, a track record running promotional campaigns, and genuine leadership instincts, this is your next step up.
You’ll be the person on the ground making sure brands look exactly right in-store, campaigns land on time, and teams hit their numbers. It’s a role built for someone who’s equal parts organizer, coach, and brand ambassador.
Your day-to-day:
- Supervising merchandising, promotions, and activation teams across retail locations
- Ensuring flawless in-store execution, product visibility, and display standards
- Planning and running sampling campaigns and promotional activities
- Tracking team performance against targets and course-correcting as needed
- Upholding brand presentation standards across every retail touchpoint
- Reporting on campaign progress and pitching in operationally when required
What sets you up for success:
- Prior experience in merchandising, promotions, or brand activation
- Supervisory experience leading field or retail teams
- Strong leadership instincts paired with hands-on team management skills
- Sharp communication and organizational abilities
- Comfort with the pace of a fast-moving marketing environment
- Based in, or willing to work across, Dubai
