Altea Agency is looking for a commercially driven Venue Sales Manager to grow venue-hire revenue in Dubai. The successful candidate will develop relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, brands, wedding planners, and production companies while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through booking confirmation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new venue-hire leads and identify corporate, private, and agency opportunities.
- Promote the venue for events, launches, exhibitions, festivals, private functions, and brand activations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Conduct venue tours and manage negotiations and contracts.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to confirm event feasibility.
- Track sales pipelines, forecasts, follow-ups, and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of UAE venue sales, hospitality sales, or event business-development experience.
- Existing network of corporate and event-industry contacts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-management, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of venue operations and event requirements.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence required.
