Job Overview
Pantheon Development is looking for a creative Videographer / Photographer to produce visual content for real estate projects and corporate events in Dubai. The role covers the full content-production process, from planning and capturing footage to editing and preparing final material for marketing use. The successful candidate should know how to operate professional cameras and lighting equipment, create engaging photographs and videos, and deliver polished content suitable for digital platforms and promotional campaigns. A strong visual eye, technical confidence, and attention to detail are important. Experience in property-related shoots and corporate events is preferred, and immediate availability will be an advantage.
Employment: Full Time. Experience: Videography and photography experience; real estate and corporate-event work is preferred. Salary: AED 5,000–8,000 per month (estimated).
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional photographs and video footage for real estate developments and corporate events.
- Plan shoots and develop visual content that supports company marketing requirements.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, and other production tools safely and effectively.
- Edit footage and prepare finished video content for digital channels and promotional campaigns.
- Manage production activities from initial shooting through post-production and final delivery.
- Work with internal teams to understand briefs and develop suitable creative concepts.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Practical experience in both videography and photography.
- Real estate photography or corporate-event production experience is preferred.
- Strong ability in video shooting, editing, and visual content creation.
- Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software.
- Creative thinking, care with detail, and the ability to meet production requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; immediate joiners are preferred.
Skills and Additional Information
A suitable portfolio should demonstrate camera work, lighting, composition, editing, and the ability to adapt content for different formats. The role is based in Business Bay, Dubai, and is offered on a full-time basis. The published salary range is estimated at AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
