Mix Design Cement Product Trading
Mix Design Cement Product Trading is looking for a skilled Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join its operations team in Abu Dhabi. If you’re the type who keeps a warehouse humming – stock accurate, shipments on schedule, and every stakeholder in the loop – this role was built for you.
You’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate local and international shipments, and work closely with freight forwarders, transporters and suppliers to keep the supply chain moving. Chemical warehousing experience and a valid UAE driving license will give you the edge.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating daily warehouse operations – receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory movement
- Keeping warehouse records, inventory data and ERP/WMS entries accurate and current
- Coordinating local and international freight, shipments and logistics activity
- Preparing and managing shipping, delivery and warehouse documentation
- Liaising with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers and internal departments
- Monitoring inventory levels, supporting stock reconciliation and coordinating loading/unloading
- Ensuring warehouse operations meet company procedures, safety standards and HSE requirements
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of warehouse and logistics coordination experience
- Experience coordinating international freight and shipments
- A valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Chemical warehousing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, MS Excel and warehouse safety procedures
