Job Overview
Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group is expanding its e-commerce function and is seeking a Web Developer for its head office in Sharjah. The role is intended for an experienced developer who can build and maintain high-performing online shopping experiences, with a particular focus on Shopify and custom website development. The successful candidate will work with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams to improve the company’s digital platforms, add new features, connect external services and enhance website speed and usability. The position also involves troubleshooting, technical updates and optimization work that supports search visibility and conversion performance. Applicants should have at least five years of web development experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail, and strong hands-on skills in Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The estimated monthly salary is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize and optimize Shopify stores as well as custom-built websites.
- Create website features, campaign landing pages and user-friendly shopping experiences.
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, CRM and ERP systems, and courier or delivery platforms.
- Improve website loading speed, mobile responsiveness, technical SEO and conversion performance.
- Investigate technical issues, maintain website updates and support deployment activities.
- Work with E-Commerce and Marketing colleagues to deliver planned digital initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least five years of professional web development experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong expertise in Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Practical experience with API integrations and custom website development.
- Knowledge of Git, technical SEO and Core Web Vitals; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a strong advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field is indicated as the expected qualification.

- Ability to troubleshoot website issues and develop practical technical solutions.
- Good understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, website performance and integration requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Employment Details
Full-time position at the company’s head office in Sharjah, UAE. Estimated salary: AED 10,000–AED 15,000 per month.
