About Kanad Hospital
Kanad, also known as Oasis, was established in 1960. It brought international standards of healthcare to Al Ain. Marian Kennedy and Dr. Pat Kennedy were Christian missionaries brought to Al Ain by Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. To see photographs of their excellent first years, you are invited to visit the Kennedy building’s public Majlis. Kanad was established to serve Al Ain’s rich and poor, the non-disabled, and the needy.
