Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Certified Public Accountants/CPA/ACT/ACCA/CFA or an MBA majoring in Finance may also qualify. 10-15 years’ experience working within large corporations as credit risk managers are ideal qualifications.
- Proficient at analyzing financial statements, interpreting key ratios (e.g. liquidity/leverage ratios), and using financial data to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Able to develop and use credit risk models to accurately gauge and manage exposure risks.
- Ability to identify, assess and mitigate various types of financial risks (credit, market and operational) through risk evaluation methodologies and mitigation strategies.
- Risk analysis requires the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to key stakeholders while creating comprehensive reports and presentations using strong communication skills.
- Skills required in managing credit portfolios effectively and responsibly include diversifying, monitoring risk exposure and developing strategies to optimize portfolio performance while mitigating risks.
