Job Overview
Alserh Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support its high-rise construction projects in Dubai. The role is crucial in managing project costs, handling variations, and ensuring accurate financial control throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation
- Monitor and control project expenses across all stages
- Evaluate and manage variations to maintain cost efficiency
- Perform cost analysis and provide regular financial reports to management
- Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment of budgets and timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying
- Mandatory experience in high-rise construction projects with UAE exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation tools and financial analysis techniques
