– Accounting:
– Prepare and review financial statements
– Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
– Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
– Administration:
– Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– 2-3 years of experience in accounting in UAE(admin experience a plus)
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
– Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
