    Job Role (On-site):

    Daily Accounting Operations:

    • Record and classify daily financial transactions
    • Process and verify invoices, receipts, and payments
    • Maintain accounts receivable and payable
    • Support payroll processing when required

    Bank Reconciliation & Matching:

    • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
    • Match internal records with bank statements
    • Investigate discrepancies

    Tax & Regulatory Compliance:

    • Assist in VAT return preparation and filing
    • Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws
    • Support audits and inspections

    Financial Reporting & Analysis:

    • Help prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
    • Analyze financial data and present findings
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting

    Accounting Software Management:

    • Work with QuickBooks for entries and reporting
    • Use Zoho Books/CRM for customer and finance management
    • Ensure accuracy across all platforms

    Administrative Support:

    • Organize and file financial records
    • Assist with billing and collections

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho Books/CRM is mandatory
    • Strong MS Excel and financial reporting knowledge
    • Good understanding of UAE VAT and financial regulations
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Language Requirements:

    • English: Fluent
    • Optional: Arabic, Tagalog, or other languages depending on team needs
