Job Overview

Nature Lean World is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to support its financial operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who can ensure accuracy in financial reporting while managing daily accounting activities and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and periodic reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and company financial records
• Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support audit processes and assist with tax-related documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in an accounting role or similar position
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, or similar tools
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
