This role is ideal for candidates who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, coordinate across departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations
    • Coordinate office facilities and maintain an organized work environment
    • Provide support to cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and Management
    • Handle documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
    • Assist with vendor coordination, office supplies management, and event arrangements
    • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience in administration or office coordination roles
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative tools
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
    • Experience in vendor management, facilities, or event coordination is an advantage
    • Valid UAE driving license is required
