    Job Description:
    We are seeking a skilled Admin / Receptionist to join our dynamic Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and front-desk experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure smooth office operations. Experience in basic recruitment, including CV screening and interview scheduling, is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage front-desk operations and visitor management
    • Provide general office administration support
    • Assist with recruitment tasks such as CV screening and interview scheduling
    • Maintain strong communication and multitasking skills to ensure office efficiency

    Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in admin/reception roles
    • Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant qualification
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
