Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant managerial experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and business practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Prior experience in large or diversified organizations is preferred
