A candidate must have a well groomed appearance and good view in addition to good communication skills in English.
1- Should have communication skill in Arabic and English(writing & Speaking)
2- Preparing reports, handling emails and providing support to Manager as required.
3- Development & Organize filling system and maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.
4- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Qualification And requirement:
5- Proven 2 years of experience as a personal assistant.
6- Proficient in MS Office & Microsoft Excel.
7- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
8- Integrity and confidentiality.
9- Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
