Asian Tiger Shipping LLC is a dynamic logistics and freight forwarding company operating across the UAE and international markets. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, expand our customer base, and secure high-value logistics contracts within the UAE market.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong existing book of business, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to close complex logistics deals across freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share in the UAE
• Identify and onboard new clients across freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to design tailored logistics solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial agreements
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience within the UAE logistics industry
• Mandatory existing Book of Business
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Freight forwarding
  • Customs clearance
  • Warehousing and distribution
  • UAE logistics regulations
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car required
