Position: HR Executive

Auriga International Management Consultants is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support HR operations, particularly within the hospitality sector, across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles across multiple brands
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records
• Support attendance tracking and day-to-day HR operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies
• Address employee relations matters and grievances professionally
• Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labor, and immigration-related activities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in hospitality
• Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
