Project Manager
- Lead fit-out projects from planning to handover
- Manage budgets, schedules, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
Project Engineer
- Coordinate site execution and technical activities
- Review drawings, materials, and method statements
- Support project planning and site coordination
Construction Manager
- Oversee daily site operations and manpower
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate between site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Site Engineer
- Supervise on-site fit-out works and installations
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate inspections and resolve site issues
Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and valuations
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Support commercial negotiations and cost control
Cost Control Engineer
- Track budgets, expenditures, and cost forecasts
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
- Support financial reporting and project controls
Architect
- Review and coordinate architectural fit-out drawings

Candidate Requirements
- Proven fit-out experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong site coordination, execution, and delivery skills
- High attention to quality, detail, and finishing standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- UAE experience is preferred
