🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans focused on market expansion, profitability, and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct market research to identify new business, product, and supplier opportunities
- Initiate and lead meetings with prospective clients, suppliers, and VIP stakeholders
- Support Sales Managers with insights, relationship management, and proposal development
- Assist in contract negotiation and monitor the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution
- Provide market intelligence and performance feedback to senior leadership
- Contribute to supplier relationship management and executive-level client engagements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or industrial B2B sales (experience in industrial equipment or power solutions is preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage high-level relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Financial acumen in contracts, budgeting, and sales analysis
- Strategic thinking combined with execution capabilities
