Job Description:
We are looking for an efficient and courteous Cashier with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our team in the home appliances industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist with locating items and inquiries
- Operate cash registers, scanners, scales, and other POS systems
- Accept and process payments accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Generate reports for credit/debit transactions
- Provide product information and promotional details when required
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience as a cashier is preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
