🔧 Job Overview:

We are seeking a Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor with solid experience in site supervision, labor management, civil execution, and trade test coordination. You’ll ensure efficient, safe, and on-time completion of site work.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day civil construction site operations
• Manage labor teams, assign tasks, and enforce discipline on site
• Coordinate recruitment and trade tests for masons, carpenters, steel fixers, etc.
• Ensure timely execution of civil works as per project plans
• Conduct interviews and trade tests in various locations as needed
• Maintain clear communication with project engineers and site staff

🧩 Candidate Requirements:

• Immediate joiners only (no notice period)
• Minimum 3 years of UAE construction experience
• Proven ability in labor supervision, site coordination, and task planning
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written preferred)
• UAE Driving License is a strong advantage
• Priority for candidates on cancelled visa or tourist visa
• Willingness to travel for trade test coordination and hiring
