Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and accuracy
- Provide information on products, services, and company policies
- Record and update all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve assigned KPIs
- Participate in regular training and development sessions
- Assist walk-in customers when needed
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English is required
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM and call center systems
- Well-organized, patient, and customer-centric
