Customer Service Agent

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally
    • Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and accuracy
    • Provide information on products, services, and company policies
    • Record and update all customer interactions in the CRM system
    • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
    • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Achieve assigned KPIs
    • Participate in regular training and development sessions
    • Assist walk-in customers when needed

    ✅ Qualifications & Skills:

    • High school diploma (minimum)
    • Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role
    • Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English is required
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Familiarity with CRM and call center systems
    • Well-organized, patient, and customer-centric
