    Available Roles

    I. Customer-Facing Roles

    🔹 Airport Services Agent (Emirates/dnata)

    • Deliver seamless experiences at check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
    • Ensure passenger comfort and support during their airport journey.

    🔹 Marhaba Services Agent

    • Provide premium travel assistance to VIPs, families, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.
    • Create a welcoming and personalized experience throughout their time at the airport.

    II. Back-Office Role

    🔹 Contact Centre Agent

    • Act as the voice of Emirates via phone, chat, social media, and email.
    • Provide accurate travel information and resolve customer queries with empathy and efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
    • High school certificate / A-levels or equivalent.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Willingness to work in shift-based roles and wear a uniform (for front-line jobs).
    • PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).

    Additional for Contact Centre roles:

    • Fluency in one or more of the following: Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Czech.
    • Fast, accurate typing and excellent written communication skills.
    • Sales-minded with a strong customer focus.
