Position: Mechanical BIM Modeler
DAS & Partners Engineering is seeking a skilled Mechanical BIM Modeler to join its multidisciplinary engineering team across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related components
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines for model coordination and clash detection
- Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and codes
- Support preparation of technical documentation and as-built models
- Assist project teams during design reviews and construction phases
- Utilize BIM tools such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and related software
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Technology or related field
- Proven experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling or a similar role
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and construction
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
