About the Company:
Al Haktur IT Solutions is a forward-thinking technology service provider based in Dubai. We are currently hiring a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Operator to support our administrative and operational teams.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases with high accuracy
- Verify data for completeness, consistency, and correctness
- Conduct routine data audits and perform corrections
- Sort, classify, and file documents appropriately
- Generate reports and provide information upon request
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client data
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets
✅ Requirements:
- High school diploma (additional admin/data entry certification is a plus)
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or clerical roles (IT/office preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely
- Good time management and organization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
