    📋 Key Responsibilities:

    • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases with high accuracy
    • Verify data for completeness, consistency, and correctness
    • Conduct routine data audits and perform corrections
    • Sort, classify, and file documents appropriately
    • Generate reports and provide information upon request
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client data
    • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
    • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma (additional admin/data entry certification is a plus)
    • 1–2 years of experience in data entry or clerical roles (IT/office preferred)
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
    • Fast and accurate typing skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely
    • Good time management and organization
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
