    Job Description:

    As a Senior Sales Executive you will promote, sell, and grow services for B2B Corporate accounts (Travel agencies, MICE, hotels, event organisers etc) through a structured sales process and marketing strategy. Negotiate and contract products, develop customer relationship to maintain the brand as a leader in the industry.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Plan

    • Deliver the agreed B2B sales & marketing strategy to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Research, consolidate, and develop new business opportunities through market intelligence and dynamic selling techniques.
    • Prepare and deliver account presentations and sales performance reviews.
    • Plan monthly operational meetings with Customer Relations Officers for key accounts, ensuring feedback is addressed.
    • Analyse trends and innovations to expand product and service value propositions.

    Lead

    • Upsell and cross-sell dnata’s portfolio by actively managing customer relationships.
    • Act as point of contact for new and existing customers, negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth implementation.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage corporate account contracts in compliance with company, legal, and financial requirements.
    • Monitor financial exposure and resolve payment issues in collaboration with Group Finance.

    Execute

    • Expand market penetration across diverse sectors including business travel, trade, government, and corporate clients.
    • Manage and update the customer database for effective tracking and engagement of 600+ UAE corporate accounts.
    • Analyse monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
    • Partner with the CRM team on customer satisfaction surveys, analyse results, and create action plans.
    • Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate customer, sales pipeline, and contract cycle information.
    • Support audits, certifications, and compliance with corporate governance and safety policies.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
    • Minimum 5 years of airport operations experience.
    • Experience with a ground-handling organisation or travel industry; at least 3 years in sales, account management, and contract negotiation in a medium/large organisation.
    • Strong financial management skills and business acumen.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
    • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Must hold a valid UAE driving licence.
