    Job Overview

    Sharjah Sustainable City is seeking a highly experienced and organized Document Control & ACC Administrator to oversee document management and digital systems across its construction and real estate projects. This role is essential in ensuring efficient document control processes, system governance, and seamless coordination across multiple project teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement document control procedures, including registration, tracking, distribution, and archiving
    • Maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, approvals, and project communications
    • Ensure accurate version control, document numbering, and circulation of approved documents
    • Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including workflows, permissions, and document systems
    • Provide training and technical support for ACC users across internal and external teams
    • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor documentation, approvals, and workflow performance
    • Manage project correspondence, reports, and submissions in both Arabic and English
    • Support project administration activities such as meetings, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
    • Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, ISO requirements, and support audit processes

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
    • 10–15 years of experience in document control within the construction sector
    • Mandatory experience as an Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Administrator
    • Strong experience managing documentation for large-scale construction projects
    • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization is preferred
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and document management systems
    • Good understanding of construction workflows and UAE project environments
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
