Job Overview
Al Burraq Aluminium is looking for a skilled and detail-focused ERPNext Accountant to join its expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience with ERPNext systems, along with a solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles. Experience in construction or contracting environments will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting activities using ERPNext software
- Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions within the system
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and established accounting standards
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing procedures
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively
- Assist in audit activities by providing necessary financial data and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with ERPNext accounting software (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations
- Prior experience in construction or contracting industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
