We’re looking for experienced and dedicated professionals across technical, engineering, and administrative disciplines. ✅ Available Job Vacancies:

1. Mechanical Engineers

• Design, plan, and oversee installation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Previous healthcare or hospital project experience is an added advantage.

2. Electrical Engineers

• Responsible for all aspects of electrical design, troubleshooting, and system supervision in the facility.
• Must be familiar with hospital-grade power and backup systems.

3. MEP Supervisors

• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing teams.
• Ensure smooth workflow and quality control as per project standards.

4. HVAC Technicians

• Hands-on role for maintaining and repairing hospital-grade air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Experience with AHUs, FCUs, and chillers is essential.

5. Electrical Technicians

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and wiring.
• Must have experience in handling sensitive equipment in medical environments.

6. Plumbers

• Install and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
• Knowledge of hospital plumbing standards and medical gas systems is a plus.

7. Carpenters

• Responsible for maintenance and repair of woodwork in hospital rooms and common areas.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

8. Painters

• Prepare and paint surfaces as per hygiene and hospital regulations.
• Must have attention to detail and deliver a clean finish.

9. BMS Operators (Building Management System)

• Monitor and control building systems such as lighting, ventilation, fire alarms, and security.
• Experience with hospital automation systems preferred.

10. Chiller Technicians

• Operate and maintain large-scale hospital chillers and cooling systems.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving faults quickly is a must.

11. CAFM Admins (Computer-Aided Facility Management)

• Manage and maintain records of all maintenance activities and asset tracking.
• Proficiency in CAFM software like Maximo, Archibus, or similar required.

• Prior experience working in hospital or healthcare facilities will be highly preferred.
