Position: QA Engineer
Fabtech International is a leading heavy engineering and fabrication company serving the Oil & Gas sector. We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA Engineer to manage and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with international standards. The selected candidate will report directly to the Management Representative (MR) and play a key role in maintaining quality excellence across operations.
Key Responsibilities – Quality Management & Compliance:
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with API Q1 and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support continual improvement initiatives across fabrication and engineering processes
- Coordinate audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation
- Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Diploma or Engineering qualification
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant QA experience, preferably in structural fabrication or the Oil & Gas industry
- Exposure to API Q1 requirements and implementation is a strong advantage
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
