Job Description:
Harries Group is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead global sales initiatives and drive international real estate transactions. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building international partnerships, and working closely with senior leadership to execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with international partners and brokers
- Travel to global markets, roadshows, and international exhibitions
- Work directly with the CEO to develop and execute sales strategies
Requirements:
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of the UAE and Dubai real estate market
- Proven experience in international project sales
- Consistent and verifiable track record of closing high-value deals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
