About The Role

Do you love creating unforgettable first impressions? As a Hostess at Carbone, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience with grace, charm, and professionalism.

In this guest-facing role, you’ll greet guests warmly upon arrival, inform them of wait times, manage the reservation and seating process, and guide them to their tables with confidence and poise. You’ll also bid them farewell with a smile, leaving a lasting impression that reflects the world-class service of Atlantis The Royal. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to keep the experience seamless and engaging for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor waitlists and seating flow to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Escort guests to their tables and manage timely table turnovers.
• Communicate wait times effectively and manage guest expectations.
• Create a warm and engaging atmosphere that reflects the Carbone experience.
• Support the wider team in maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant in a similar guest-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and a naturally engaging personality.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments with professionalism and grace.
• Strong organizational skills and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• International experience is a plus, especially in hospitality-driven destinations.
