Job Overview
EKTIFA is seeking an HR Coordinator to support human resources activities in Dubai. The role covers employee onboarding and documentation, HR records, employee relations, daily administration, and assistance with performance management and compliance. It is suited to an HR professional with experience in FMCG, dairy, manufacturing, agriculture, farm operations, livestock, or food production.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure required documents and records are maintained.
- Support employee relations and routine human resources activities.
- Assist with performance management processes and HR compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate HR files and provide administrative support to the HR function.
- Coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition activities where required.
- Use HR systems and organized records to support consistent employee administration.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Two to four years of relevant HR experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience in FMCG, dairy, manufacturing, agriculture, farm operations, livestock, or food production is mandatory.
- Strong English communication is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage; familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or similar HR systems is preferred.

Employment Details
