🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share in the Middle East.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform sales strategy.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Deliver product demos, technical training, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company policy.
- Ensure strong after-sales support by coordinating with service and technical teams.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior leadership.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, or Business.
- 5–6 years of regional sales experience in the food processing equipment sector.
- Proven track record in B2B equipment sales across the Middle East.
- Solid technical knowledge of systems like flour cooling, sugar handling, electrostatic coating, etc.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities.
