Long Term Agent (Receptionist)

    We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Long-Term Receptionist (Agent) to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment, handling a variety of administrative support tasks, and ensuring that all interactions are handled with warmth and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
    • Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
    • Provide basic information about the organization and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
    • Support administrative and HR staff with various tasks as required.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus.
    • OPERA system knowledge is must.
    • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Dependability and a commitment to long-term employment.
