    Job Purpose

    ENOC is seeking a visionary and strategic Manager – Talent Management to design, implement, and lead initiatives that attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce. The role focuses on building a strong leadership pipeline and future-ready talent bench aligned with ENOC’s long-term business objectives.

    🧭 Key Responsibilities

    Strategy Development & Leadership

    • Develop and implement ENOC’s Talent Management Strategy in alignment with evolving business needs.
    • Design sectional strategies that support the Group’s vision, mission, and HR roadmap.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in talent planning and organizational capability building.

    Team & Sectional Management

    • Lead the talent management team to deliver against performance and development targets.
    • Oversee recruitment, performance management, learning initiatives, and team development.
    • Support change management, innovation, and continuous process improvement within the function.

    Talent Development & Succession Planning

    • Propose and execute leadership and talent development strategies including assessments, talent reviews, and succession plans.
    • Build a comprehensive Talent Management Framework focused on development, mobility, and career progression.
    • Manage talent pools, especially high-potential staff, and align growth strategies with business needs.

    Competency Frameworks

    • Develop and implement organization-wide competency models to be embedded throughout the talent lifecycle.
    • Partner with HR and business leaders to align development plans with organizational needs and leadership requirements.

    Programs & Tools

    • Drive company-wide career planning, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
    • Deliver executive and early-career leadership development programs.
    • Utilize tools such as 360-degree feedback and psychometric assessments for development planning.

    Policy & Process Management

    • Implement effective policies and controls for all talent management processes.
    • Lead the end-to-end talent and succession planning calendar, tools, and reviews.
    • Contribute to broader HR policy development and process optimization.

    Relationship & Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with Group CHRO, HR leaders, business heads, and external partners to drive talent strategy.
    • Maintain strong professional networks for benchmarking and innovation.
    • Engage with consulting firms for specialized tools and support.

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Prepare and oversee timely, high-quality talent analytics and reports.
    • Establish dashboards to track progress, trends, and effectiveness of talent initiatives.
    • Provide insights to leadership for decision-making on workforce strategies.

    🎓 Education & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
    • Professional Certification such as CIPD is preferred.

    💼 Experience Requirements

    • 7–9 years of progressive experience in Talent Management.
    • 5–6 years in a leadership or managerial HR role, preferably in a group function or large organization.
