    Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist

    Job Description:

    Megamind IT Solutions is looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide first- and second-level technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring timely resolution of IT tickets and service requests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
    • Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and Microsoft Office
    • Diagnose and resolve LAN and Wi-Fi network issues
    • Support Active Directory users, permissions, and basic administration
    • Perform routine IT maintenance and system updates
    • Handle IT tickets, incidents, and service requests within SLA

    Requirements:

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Technical Support
    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
    • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi)
    • Experience supporting Active Directory users
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Strong problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
