Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:
Megamind IT Solutions is looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide first- and second-level technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring timely resolution of IT tickets and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Diagnose and resolve LAN and Wi-Fi network issues
- Support Active Directory users, permissions, and basic administration
- Perform routine IT maintenance and system updates
- Handle IT tickets, incidents, and service requests within SLA
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Technical Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience supporting Active Directory users
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
