    📝 Job Description:

    OC Home is expanding its retail footprint and we are hiring Sales Associates / Cashiers who are energetic, customer-focused, and ready to thrive in a dynamic retail environment across the UAE.

    ✅ Key Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or cashiering
    • Proficiency in Arabic is required (Native speakers preferred)
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Willingness to relocate within the UAE based on store needs
    • Comfortable with rotational shift work, including weekends and holidays

    💼 Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
    • Manage POS transactions efficiently and accurately
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
    • Achieve sales targets and provide product knowledge to customers
    • Ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer
